Effective September 26, 2026 · Version ACADEMY-TERMS-2026-09-26-V3
These Dispatch Training Program Terms ("Program Terms") apply to enrollment in the DSTRILOGIX Dispatch Training Program (the "Academy"). They supplement the DSTRILOGIX Terms of Service andPrivacy Policy. By checking the acceptance box and continuing to payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have reviewed these Program Terms, and agree to the version identified above.
Enrollment is a one-time purchase of $200 USD, plus any tax displayed before payment where applicable. Stripe processes the payment, and DSTRILOGIX does not store full payment-card numbers. The legal seller, program, final amount, tax, and cancellation terms are shown before payment. After verified payment, we create a Student ID and invite you to your portal. Training content begins 15 full days after the written course description and refund policy are made available and accepted at enrollment; the start date is saved with your enrollment. The purchase provides access to the assigned dispatch training, study materials, quizzes, final assessment, and any certificate of completion earned.
This is approximately 14 hours of practical dispatch-work instruction, including 20 modules and the final assessment. Topics include dispatch vocabulary, equipment and freight fit, routing, load boards, broker communication, rate negotiation, rate confirmations, driver updates, compliance basics, BOL/POD paperwork, invoicing, and TMS practice. It awards no academic credit or units toward a longer course. The specific start date is 15 days after you accept this written description and refund policy at enrollment. Your Student ID and portal invitation may arrive after payment, but training content remains unavailable until that start date.
Request a full refund of the course fee at any time before your course begins. If you complete at least seven hours of this 14-hour course and are dissatisfied, we offer a refund of the course fee when you provide a written request with a reasonable basis for dissatisfaction no later than 14 days after the course concludes. If the actual instructor or qualifications differ from those advertised, you may request a full refund in writing before the course begins and choose not to attend. Send requests tolegal@dstrilogix.com. We retain attendance, fees paid, and refunds paid for three years after the course concludes.
A refund, payment reversal, or chargeback may suspend program access and may make an unredeemed Course Completion Benefit unavailable, subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits a nonwaivable right.
To complete the program successfully, a participant must complete 100% of required course work, pass the final assessment with a score of at least 85%, maintain payment in good standing, and satisfy identity and conduct requirements. A certificate only confirms completion of this practical dispatch-work training. It is not a diploma, degree, academic credit, state or federal credential, occupational license, professional certification, government approval, proof of competence or authority, or a promise of employment, customers, loads, revenue, or income.
A participant who successfully completes the program receives one nontransferable opportunity to choose an eligible monthly DSTRILOGIX TMS plan after completion. The offer must be redeemed within 30 calendar days after it is issued. It cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, combined with another promotion, or applied retroactively.
| Plan | First 6 months | Then monthly |
|---|---|---|
| VECTOR | $17.50 | $25.00 |
| PHANTOM | $24.50 | $35.00 |
| APEX | $33.60 | $48.00 |
The exact eligible plans and amounts are also shown at redemption checkout. The benefit applies only to the plan selected when redeemed. Changing plans may end the remaining promotion. The six-month duration means six discounted monthly billing cycles, not six free months.
Program enrollment does not create a TMS subscription. If you complete the program and choose to redeem the benefit, you will complete a separate Stripe checkout that shows the selected plan, discounted amount, duration, normal monthly amount, taxes if applicable, and renewal terms before payment.
The selected TMS subscription renews monthly until canceled. Stripe applies the 30% promotion to the first six monthly billing cycles. Beginning with the next billing cycle, Stripe automatically charges the normal monthly plan price. You may manage the payment method, view invoices, or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown in the portal and does not normally create a partial month refund.
Program access is personal to the enrolled participant. You may not share login credentials, distribute course materials, copy assessments, submit another person's work, interfere with the platform, or use the course for an unlawful purpose. DSTRILOGIX may suspend access while investigating fraud, chargebacks, security issues, or material violations of these Program Terms.
The Academy provides practical dispatch-work instruction. It is not a college, university, degree program, or promise of professional certification, licensure, employment, customers, loads, or income. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, licensing, employment, or regulatory advice. Laws, carrier requirements, broker requirements, and market conditions may change. Students remain responsible for verifying current requirements and making their own business and professional decisions.
The Academy records the terms version accepted at checkout. Changes to price, discount percentage, duration, eligible plans, passing score, or redemption window apply to future purchases or future completion offers unless the applicable accepted terms expressly state otherwise. A completion offer already earned is governed by its saved configuration snapshot. Material changes will be presented for acceptance when required.
Questions, refund requests, or notices concerning the Academy may be sent tolegal@dstrilogix.com or by phone at (407) 502-8889.
