DSTRILOGIX may help collect information, organize filings, create checklists, and coordinate third-party steps identified in the service order.
No legal or tax advice
DSTRILOGIX is not a law firm, accounting firm, insurance agency, or government agency. The customer is responsible for selecting an entity type, confirming legal and tax treatment, and obtaining professional advice.
Customer information
The customer must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and review filings before submission. Government processing times and approvals are outside DSTRILOGIX control.
Fees and refunds
The checkout or signed order must distinguish DSTRILOGIX service fees from government, licensing, insurance, registered-agent, tax, and third-party fees. Before work begins, prepaid DSTRILOGIX service fees are refundable minus disclosed nonrecoverable government or third-party costs. After work begins, DSTRILOGIX may retain the reasonable value of completed work and authorized committed or nonrecoverable costs and refund any unused balance.
