Notice requirements
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the claimant contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature.
Submission
Send copyright notices to legal@dstrilogix.com. DSTRILOGIX will publish any additional registered-agent information required by applicable law.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting.
