Roles and instructions
Where DSTRILOGIX processes personal data for a business customer, the customer determines the purposes and lawful instructions and DSTRILOGIX processes the data to provide the contracted service.
Safeguards and personnel
DSTRILOGIX applies appropriate safeguards and limits access to personnel and service providers who need it for authorized purposes.
Subprocessors and transfers
Applicable subprocessors, transfer mechanisms, notice procedures, and customer objection rights are governed by the applicable signed DPA, published subprocessor notice, or service terms. DSTRILOGIX will provide information required by law before the related processing terms apply.
Requests and deletion
The parties will reasonably cooperate on verified privacy requests, security incidents, audits, return, export, retention, and deletion as required by the applicable DPA, service terms, and law.
