Dispatch Service Terms
Scope, customer authority, carrier compliance, fees, and no-guarantee terms.
Effective September 9, 2026 · Version TEXAS-COMPLIANCE-2026-09-09-ACTIVE-V3
Scope
The service order defines the dispatch tasks DSTRILOGIX will perform. DSTRILOGIX does not act as a motor carrier, freight broker, insurer, attorney, accountant, or safety regulator unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Customer responsibility
The customer retains responsibility for operating authority, insurance, safety, driver qualification, equipment, cargo, rate acceptance, taxes, and compliance with transportation law.
No guaranteed loads or revenue
Market conditions, broker approval, lane availability, equipment, customer preferences, and other factors are outside DSTRILOGIX control. No load count, rate, profit, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
Fees, cancellation, and termination
Fees, payment schedule, cancellation, and work already performed are controlled by the signed service order. Earned fees and amounts committed with customer authorization are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already earned or incurred.
This page is part of the DSTRILOGIX Texas Policy & Compliance Package. Mandatory law, a signed product-specific agreement, and any approved regulatory document control where applicable.
