Freight & Hotshot Service Terms
Shipment scope, estimates, cargo information, delays, claims, and carrier responsibility.

Service order
The quote or order identifies the shipment, route, equipment, price, timing, and the entity responsible for transportation or brokerage.
Customer information
The customer must accurately disclose cargo, weight, dimensions, value, hazards, handling requirements, pickup and delivery conditions, and required permits.
Timing and delays
Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless a signed writing expressly guarantees a time. Weather, traffic, inspections, shipper or receiver delay, mechanical events, and force majeure may affect performance.
Claims
Loss, damage, delay, and cargo claims must follow the written claim process and time limits shown in the applicable bill of lading, carrier terms, or service order.
