Seller and fulfillment
The offer page identifies the seller and states that the order is processed or fulfilled by that vendor unless DSTRILOGIX is expressly identified as seller.
Offer disclosures
Price, quantity, service area, restrictions, redemption instructions, shipment or appointment information, and vendor terms shown on the offer page are part of the purchase.
Returns and warranties
A vendor marketplace offer follows the identified seller terms and applicable law. When DSTRILOGIX is expressly the seller of standard physical merchandise, request return authorization within 14 calendar days and return the unused item in original condition; customer return shipping applies unless the item is wrong, damaged, or defective. Custom or personalized items, digital or downloaded products, opened safety-sealed goods, and clearly marked final-sale items are nonreturnable where lawful. A 7-day damage notice helps preserve evidence but does not waive legal rights. DSTRILOGIX does not add a product warranty unless it expressly says so.
Disputes
Contact the vendor first about fulfillment. You may also contact DSTRILOGIX support with the order number so the marketplace team can document and assist with the issue.
