Shared responsibility
DSTRILOGIX uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure. Customers remain responsible for authorized users, accurate permissions, secure devices, strong credentials, and lawful data entry.
Backups and exports
Customers should maintain independent copies of business-critical records and use available export features. Retention and restoration capabilities vary by product and plan.
Security reports
Report suspected unauthorized access, exposed credentials, or vulnerabilities promptly to legal@dstrilogix.com. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before DSTRILOGIX has a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Incidents
DSTRILOGIX will investigate confirmed incidents and provide notices required by applicable law and contract. When Texas Business & Commerce Code Section 521.053 applies, notice to affected individuals will be made as quickly as possible and no later than 60 days after DSTRILOGIX determines a qualifying breach occurred, subject to lawful delay and exceptions. If at least 250 Texas residents are affected, notice to the Texas Attorney General will be made as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after that determination. Another applicable rule may require a shorter period.
