Subscription Billing Terms
Recurring charges, renewals, cancellation, failed payments, plan changes, and promotions.

Recurring billing
The checkout screen identifies the price charged today, billing cadence, renewal price, and any trial or promotion. By selecting the separate recurring-billing checkbox and completing checkout, you authorize the displayed recurring charges until cancellation.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically on the stated cadence. You may cancel through Billing before the next renewal. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period and stops the next renewal.
Plan and price changes
Upgrades, downgrades, promotional expiration, taxes, and price changes are shown in Billing or at checkout. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
Failed payments
DSTRILOGIX may retry a failed payment, limit paid features, or suspend service while an account remains past due. Stripe processes card data; DSTRILOGIX does not store full payment-card numbers.
Refund rule
Recurring charges are generally nonrefundable after the billing period begins, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, written promises, processor corrections, and mandatory law. A timely, provable cancellation that was nevertheless charged will be corrected.
