Vendor obligations
Vendors must provide accurate listings, lawful products and services, current pricing, truthful availability, fulfillment information, return rules, warranty terms, and customer support details.
Compliance
Vendors are responsible for licenses, taxes, insurance, product safety, advertising claims, privacy obligations, and all laws applicable to their offers and fulfillment.
Orders and customer care
Vendors must honor accepted orders, communicate delays, maintain fulfillment records, and resolve returns, cancellations, warranty claims, and disputes under the disclosed terms.
Platform action
DSTRILOGIX may remove listings, hold publication, suspend vendor access, or preserve transaction records for fraud, safety, legal, or policy concerns.
